The goal in establishing Stafford Commercial Real Estate was to offer qualified professional service in a personal "hands on" manner. Over the course of our brief history but backed with 30 years of experience we recognized the need to have a property management division to offer these services to our clients.

For example, one of the first buildings we managed was a building located on the corner of Robertson Boulevard and Ashcroft two blocks north of Beverly Boulevard in West Hollywood. Over the years, this building had fallen into a state of disrepair and the owners were reluctant to take on a coordinated improvement program. They didn't have a tenant for the largest section of the property and could not get it rented at current market rents. This being a common occurrence with some owners who have owned their property for a long period of time.
After meeting with the owners of the property, they hired us to coordinate the necessary improvements and signed a management agreement with us. Today it's one of the most attractive buildings in the area and the owners enjoy the 100% income increase that was derived after the improvements were performed and the new market value leases that were signed thereafter.
