Ted Stafford, President and Founder of Stafford Commercial Real Estate, has over 30 years of experience in the Los Angeles marketplace. He originally started his real estate career with the George Elkins Company in Beverly Hills and then later went to work for Bert J. Friedman Associates and Ronald S. Kates & Company in the West Hollywood and then the Senior Vice President and Executive Director in charge of leasing and sales. Ted is the owner of several commercial properties in West Hollywood himself and is a strong advocate of supporting the future business conditions in the area.
Aaron Abrams is the Senior Vice President of the Company and concentrates his efforts on the sale and leasing of retail properties in Hollywood and West Hollywood. Before beginning his career in Commercial Real Estate, Aaron worked as Special Advisor and Team Coordinator for the National Hockey Leagues San Jose Sharks.
Carol Chait is Vice President of the Company and specializes in Retail Client Representation. Over the course of her career she has been successful in the placement of literally hundreds of high profile clients in upscale shopping areas from San Francisco to San Diego. Before joining the Company, Carol worked for Blatteis Realty in Beverly Hills and Edward Plant and Johnson Hoke in San Francisco.
Chris Spirito is a Senior Associate of the Company with a primary focus on sales and property acquisition. Before coming to work for us he was with Marcus & Millichap and before that was a former Derivatives Trader and a member of both the Chicago Board of Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. With a strong background in the financial industry, Chris offers a keen insight into the practical analysis of investment property.
